Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 4, 2026

This page explains how to remove the information HEAT received from a platform you connected (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google or YouTube), and how to ask Brand Heat Global LLC to delete your account and data.

1. Disconnect the platform

You can revoke HEAT's access at any time from the platform itself. Once revoked, HEAT can no longer read, publish or run campaigns on that account.

  • Facebook and Instagram: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select HEAT and choose Remove.
  • TikTok: go to Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, select HEAT and choose Remove access.
  • Google and YouTube: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select HEAT and choose Remove access.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Write to privacy@brandheat.ai from the email address of your HEAT account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us the workspace or brand name and, if you only want to delete what came from one platform, which one.

We confirm the request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You receive an email when it is done, with a confirmation code you can use to ask about its status.

3. What is deleted

  • The connection records for that platform: account identifiers, account names, permissions granted and connection dates.
  • Posts, campaigns and performance data that HEAT stored for that account.
  • If you ask to delete your whole account: your user profile, your workspace, brand materials and content created in HEAT.

HEAT never stores the access tokens of connected platforms in its database. Content you already published on a platform stays there: deleting it is done on that platform. We may keep the minimum information the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices).

If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the English version prevails.
